Senior Advocate Gopal Shankaranarayanan on behalf of the petitioners Said that usually the difference between the internship deadline and the exam never exceeds two months। At the same time, ASG Aishwarya Bhati on behalf of the Central Government said that only 6,000 students applied during the second window and the remaining 2.03 lakh applicants submitted the forms in the first window। Only a few candidates are demanding adjournment। 

 

The Supreme Court held a hearing on NEET PG 2023 adjournment petitions on Monday, February 27, 2023 and rejected all petitions। During the last hearing, NBE ie National Board of Examination had informed the Supreme Court that 2.09 lakh students have registered for Neet PG and if the examination is postponed If so, the date for conducting the exam may not be available in the near future, as many exams are scheduled one after the other।

There, the petitioners said that even if the Neat PG is held on March 5, counseling can start only after August 11, Which is the cut-off date of the internship। The candidates were seeking to postpone the examination for at least two to three months।

NEET PG 2023 Admit Card

According to the official schedule of the National Board of Examination following the Supreme Court’s decision, the Neat PG examination will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2023। At the same time, the admit cards of Neat PG 2023 are to be issued on Monday, February 27, 2023। As per official notification, Neat PG admit cards will be made available at nbe.edu.in।

NEET PG 2023 Internship Deadline

The Neat PG 2023 internship deadline was extended three times by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare। According to the main notification bulletin, the internship cut off was March 31, 2023। It was later extended to June 30, 2023। However, amid demands and protests to postpone the examination later, the Central Ministry of Health has completed the date of the internship cut-off i.e. 11th August, Was extended to 2023.

NEET PG 2023 Postponement Plea Rejected by Supreme Court: सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने NEET PG 2023 प्रवेश परीक्षा को स्थगित करने की मांग वाली याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया है। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने पांच मार्च को होने वाली नीट पीजी 2023 को बाद की तारीख तक स्थगित करने की मांग की थी। उनका तर्क था कि परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए पर्याप्त समय नहीं है। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने कहा कि अगर नीट पीजी पांच मार्च को आयोजित की जाती है, तो काउंसलिंग 11 अगस्त के बाद ही शुरू हो सकती है, जो कि इंटर्नशिप की कट-ऑफ तारीख है।

याचिकाकर्ताओं की ओर से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता गोपाल शंकरनारायणन ने कहा कि आमतौर पर इंटर्नशिप की समय सीमा और परीक्षा के बीच का अंतर कभी भी दो महीने से अधिक नहीं होता है। वहीं, केंद्र सरकार की ओर से एएसजी ऐश्वर्या भाटी ने कहा कि दूसरी विंडो के दौरान केवल 6,000 छात्रों ने आवेदन किया और बाकी 2.03 लाख आवेदकों ने पहली विंडो में फॉर्म जमा किए। स्थगन की मांग कुछ ही उम्मीदवार कर रहे हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार, 27 फरवरी, 2023 को NEET PG 2023 स्थगन याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई की और सभी याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया। पिछली सुनवाई के दौरान एनबीई यानी नेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनेशन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सूचित किया था कि 2.09 लाख छात्रों ने नीट पीजी के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है और यदि परीक्षा स्थगित की जाती है, तो निकट भविष्य में परीक्षा आयोजित करने की तारीख उपलब्ध नहीं हो सकती है, क्योंकि एक के बाद एक कई परीक्षाएं निर्धारित रहती हैं।

उधर, याचिकाकर्ताओं ने कहा कि अगर नीट पीजी पांच मार्च को आयोजित की जाती है, तो भी काउंसलिंग 11 अगस्त के बाद ही शुरू हो सकती है, जो कि इंटर्नशिप की कट-ऑफ तारीख है। उम्मीदवार परीक्षा को कम से कम दो से तीन महीने तक टालने की मांग कर रहे थे।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद नेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनेशन के आधिकारिक कार्यक्रम के अनुसार, नीट पीजी परीक्षा रविवार, पांच मार्च, 2023 को आयोजित की जाएगी। वहीं, नीट पीजी 2023 के एडमिट कार्ड सोमवार, 27 फरवरी, 2023 को जारी किए जाने हैं। आधिकारिक अधिसूचना के अनुसार, नीट पीजी प्रवेश पत्र nbe.edu.in पर उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

नीट पीजी 2023 इंटर्नशिप की समय-सीमा स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा तीन बार बढ़ाई गई थी। मुख्य अधिसूचना बुलेटिन के अनुसार, इंटर्नशिप कट ऑफ 31 मार्च, 2023 थी। बाद में इसे बढ़ाकर 30 जून, 2023 कर दिया गया। हालांकि, बाद में परीक्षा को स्थगित करने की मांग और विरोध के बीच, केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने इंटर्नशिप कट ऑफ की तारीख यानी पूरी करने की समय-सीमा 11 अगस्त, 2023 तक बढ़ा दी थी।
