We are looking for SAFETY OFFICER

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Kuwait City. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting occupational health assessments, investigating accidents, ensuring security measures are in place, and conducting safety training for employees.


-Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills

-Experience in accident investigation and implementing security measures

-Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Ideal Job Description for Safety Officer :


Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with department managers to address safety concerns and develop strategies for improvement.

Provide safety training and educational programs to employees on topics such as hazard identification, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training sessions.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to workplace safety.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a Safety Officer or similar role in [specify industry].

Ideal Job Description for Assistant Warehouse Manager:


  1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  2. Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
  5. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to coordinate inventory movements and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
  7. Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  8. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  10. Assist with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  11. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping/receiving process.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
