The exemption of Kuwaitis from the bill on reducing salaries for workers in the private sector is not certain, but it could be suspected of being unconstitutional depending on the text.

Source streed the importance of looking into the text of the bill before judging it, indicating the government made the right move when Minister of Social Affairs and State Minister for Economic Affairs Maryam Al-Aqeel decided to present separate bill on the salaries of workers in the private sector during the COVID-19 crisis as a precautionary measure.
