How to achieve ITIL Certification ?

Dear All, How to achieve ITIL Certification ?

ITIL Certification program overview

In July 2013, Axelos took ownership of ITIL. It now maintains the ITIL framework and accredits training and examination institutes. Hundreds of ITIL Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) are available to deliver training, and ITIL certification exams may be administered at the end of a training course or by an Examination Institute (EI), many of which work directly with the ATOs.

ITIL offers five different certification levels:

  • Foundation
  • Practitioner
  • Intermediate (Service Lifecycle and Service Capability categories)
  • Expert
  • Master

How to achieve ITIL Certification ?

Taking the Exam for ITIL :
There are two routes towards obtaining the ITIL Foundation certificate – you can sit the exams at the end of a training course with an Accredited Training Organization (ATO), or study privately and then book the exam without a training course via PeopleCert, our ITIL Examination Institute.
For higher level ITIL v3 certifications such as the Intermediate modules, training via an ATO is mandatory for all candidates.
Examination Languages :
ITIL® Examinations have been translated into a variety of languages, reflecting the international coverage of the ITIL framework. The language options available for ITIL exam papers are detailed below.
