Position Overview
- Visit customer onsite (within an agreed time-frame) to assess complaint raised
- Provide feedback / recommendations in QC report to assist in closing the complaint as quickly as possible to the customers’ satisfaction.

Essential Job Roles:
- To act in a professional manner when visiting the customer.
- To provide a professional QC report along with recommendations.
- Where possible, to fix the problem on-site thus reducing the complaint lead time.
- Customer visit & report to be completed within 48hrs of receipt of complaint.
