TSRTC How to Apply for Bus Pass, Student Bus Passes in Telangana

A. Student Passes

For 6th to 10th class students :-

Students can apply for bus pass at https://online.tsrtcpass.in/ or directly by clicking the following links

Other districts: https://online.tsrtcpass.in/counterbelowssc.do?prm=dist
He/she shall enter the required Data in the Online Registration form i.e., Name, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Residential address, School details, Mode of payment, Route details and Pass Collection Center etc.

10th class and above Students :-

Students can apply for bus pass at https://online.tsrtcpass.in/ or directly by clicking the following links

Other Districts: https://online.tsrtcpass.in/counterbelowssc.do?prm=dist
He/she shall enter the required Data in the Online Registration form i.e., SSC Board type, SSC Regular/Supplementary, SSC year of passing, SSC hall ticket no., date of birth, Name, Mobile Number, Residential address, institute details, mode of payment, route details and Pass Collection Center etc.
He/she has to upload the Photo and ensure that the size shall not exceed 100 Kb.
He/She optionally can take Printout of Registration Form, by clicking Registration ID at the time of submission or by directly clicking the link for printout of the application https://online.tsrtcpass.in/printTicket.do
He/she can take Printout of Registration Form at any time in <TRACK APPLICATION> link by giving Registration ID or by directly clicking the link for tracking of the application https://online.tsrtcpass.in/searchPass.do
One can verify application status in <TRACK APPLICATION> link https://online.tsrtcpass.in/searchPass.do
He/she shall visit his/her selected center to collect Students bus passes after receiving SMS.

B. General Commuters

He/she can apply for bus pass at https://online.tsrtcpass.in/ or directly by clicking the following links

He/she shall enter the required Data in the Online Registration form Name, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Residential address, mode of payment, route details and Pass Collection Center etc.
He/she has to upload the Photo and ensure that the size shall not exceed 100 Kb.
After application submission, he/she can go to the nearest bus pass counter and take the pass.

C. Journalists

Journalist should apply for bus pass at https://online.tsrtcpass.in/ or directly click the below link https://online.tsrtcpass.in/journalist.do?category=Fresh
He/she shall enter the required Data in the Online Registration form i.e., Name, Accreditation Card Number, Issuing DPRO, Validity of the card, Type of Journalist pass eligible (District or State), Mobile Number, Office address, Residential address and Pass Collection Center etc.
He/she has to upload the Photo and Accreditation card separately and ensure that the size shall not exceed 100 Kb.
He/she optionally can take Printout of Registration Form, by clicking Registration ID at the time of submission or by directly clicking the link for printout of the application by clicking the below link https://online.tsrtcpass.in/printOtherTicket.do?mode=showOtherTicket
After application submission, he/she can go to the selected bus pass counter and obtain the pass.

D. Dialysis Patients

- Dialysis patient will apply for pass in <Dialysis Patient Services> in TSRTC Bus pass Portal ie. https://online.tsrtcpass.in/. or by clicking the below link:

An Application form will be displayed to the Patient. He/she has to input the WAP number and Member Serial Number. Then details of the patient i.e.. Name, Age, Gender and photograph will be displayed.
The patient has to input his/her Mobile Number , Optionally eMail ID, Present Residential details like Erstwhile District, Mandal, Village, Address and PIN etc. and the application has to be submitted.
He/she optionally can take Printout of Registration Form, by clicking Registration ID at the time of submission. Or directly clicking the link for printout of the application by clicking the below link https://online.tsrtcpass.in/printOtherTicket.do?mode=showOtherTicket
After application submission, he/she can go to the selected bus pass counter and obtain the pass.

E. Physically Challenged and Monthly Season Tickets:- These passes can be obtained by visiting nearest bus pass counters.

F. Spouses of Martyrs passes: These passes can be obtained by visiting the TSRTC Head Office, Bus Bhavan, Hyderabad.

G. Freedom Fighters: These passes can be obtained from the offices of Regional Managers concerned.
