Om namo vāyuputrāya bhīmarūpāya dhīmate
Namaste rāmadūtāya kāmarūpāya śrīmate

Moha-śoka-vināśāya sītā-śoka-vināśine
Bhagnāśoka-vanāyāstu dagdha-lankāya vāgmine

3.
Gatinirjita-vātāya lakṣmaṇa-prāṇa-dāya ca
Vanaukasāṃ variṣṭhāya vaśine vanavāsine

4.
Tattva-jñāna-sudhā-sindhu-nimagnāya mahīyase
Āñjaneyāya śūrāya sugrīva-sacivāya ca

Janma-mṛtyu-bhaya-ghnāya sarva-kleśa-harāya ca
Nediṣṭāya preta-bhūta-piśāca-bhaya-hāriṇe

Yakṣa-rākṣasa-śārdūla-sarpa-vṛścika-bhī-hṛte

📖 English Meaning (Line by Line):

1. Salutations to you, O son of Vayu (wind god), who is mighty and wise. Salutations to the messenger of Rama, who can assume any form and who is radiant with divine energy.
2. You are the destroyer of delusion and sorrow, who removed Sita’s grief and shattered the Ashoka grove; the one who set Lanka ablaze and is eloquent in speech.
3. You are faster than the wind, the giver of life to Lakshmana, the greatest among forest dwellers, and the one who follows self-control and asceticism.
4. Immersed in the nectar of spiritual knowledge, you are glorious, the mighty son of Anjana, a warrior and the loyal minister of Sugriva.
5. You destroy the fears of birth and death and remove all sufferings. You are the one who dispels fear from spirits, ghosts, and evil beings.
6. The one who eliminates all torments, I bow to you who took the form of a monkey. You remove fear from demons, spirits, snakes, and scorpions.
7. You are immensely powerful, brave, immortal, and have a body like a thunderbolt. You leapt across the great ocean effortlessly.
8. You are foremost among the strong, O son of the wind, protect us. You are the bestower of gain, the destroyer of demons—Hanuman himself.
9. Grant me fame and victory, destroy my enemies. Whoever recites this stotra of Maruti will be free from all harm and will achieve victory everywhere.
