Removing building violations in Bneid Al-Gar within 4 to 6 months, iiQ8

Removing 43 building violations out of 51 irregularities directed at investment properties in “Sharq” and “Bneid Al-Gar … of which 38 were removed in the last.”

• 600 to 700 people live in investment properties in “Sharq” and “Bneid Al-Gar” that are not commensurate with housing areas and health requirements, and we continue efforts to combat this problem

• Continuing to combat building violations in the governorate … and the law applies to everyone

Carrying the burden of eliminating the problem of building violations in the governorate, His Excellency the Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, continued his immediate follow-up to the province’s intensified campaign to eliminate building violations in its regions.

While the immortal governor devotes his efforts to victory for the law and the organizing regulations in facing this problem, in cooperation with the Ministry of State for Municipal Affairs represented by the emergency team of the governorate’s municipality branch, he affirmed, “the elimination of building violations in Bneid Al-Qar area within 4 to 6 months.”

This came in a press statement to Al-Khaled on the sidelines of his field tour in the East and Bneid Al-Qar regions, to follow up on the related campaign moment by moment.

Al-Khaled announced that the emergency team had directed the Capital Governorate branch to 51 building violations warnings for investment properties in the East and Bneid Al-Qar regions, pointing out that 43 violations were removed from these warnings, including 38 removal in the Bneid Al-Qar area.

He noted that “the governorate is continuing its approach and determination to eliminate all construction violations in its regions,” noting that “the application of the law is done on everyone, and there is no selectivity in this regard, and the campaign is not permanently stopped until after these violations are completely completed.”

Al-Khaled revealed “investment real estate in the East and Bneid Al-Qar regions inhabited by between 600 and 700 people, which is not commensurate with the areas of housing and is inconsistent with the precautionary and preventive measures in the face of the emerging Corona virus,” indicating that “the governorate’s campaign to eliminate building violations continues its efforts to combat this. The problem is taking out these residents. ”

Al-Khaled concluded his statement, praising “the efforts of the Ministry of State for Municipal Affairs represented by the emergency team of the governorate’s municipality branch.”

إزالة مخالفات البناء في “بنيد القار” خلال 4 إلى 6 شهور
إزالة 43 مخالفة بناء من أصل 51 إنذار بمخالفات وجهت لعقارات استثمارية في “شرق” و”بنيد القار .. منها 38 إزالة في الأخيرة

• 600 إلى 700 شخص يسكنون في عقارات استثمارية في “شرق” و”بنيد القار” بما لا يتناسب مع مساحات السكن والاشتراطات الصحية ونواصل الجهود لمكافحة هذه المشكلة

• الاستمرار في مكافحة مخالفات البناء في المحافظة .. والقانون يطبق على الجميع

حاملا على عاتقة القضاء على مشكلة مخالفات البناء في المحافظة، واصل معالي محافظ العاصمة الشيخ طلال الخالد الأحمد الصباح، متابعته الأنية لحملة المحافظة المشددة للقضاء على مخالفات البناء في مناطقها.

وبينما يكرس المحافظ الخالد جهوده للانتصار للقانون واللوائح المنظمة في مواجهة هذه المشكلة وذلك بالتعاون مع وزارة الدولة لشؤون البلدية ممثلة في فريق الطوارئ لفرع بلدية المحافظة، أكد “القضاء على مخالفات البناء في منطقة بنيد القار خلال 4 إلى 6 شهور”.

جاء ذلك في تصريح صحفي للخالد على هامش جولته الميدانية في منطقتي شرق وبنيد القار لمتابعة الحملة ذات الصلة لحظة بلحظة.

وقد أعلن الخالد، عن “توجيه فريق الطوارئ لفرع بلدية محافظة العاصمة ل 51 إنذار مخالفات بناء لعقارات استثمارية في منطقتي شرق وبنيد القار”، لافتا إلى “إزالة 43 مخالفة من هذه الإنذارات من بينها 38 إزالة في منطقة بنيد القار”.

ونوه بأن “المحافظة ماضية في توجهها وإصرارها للقضاء على جميع مخالفات البناء في مناطقها”، مشيرا إلى أن “تطبيق القانون يتم على الجميع ولا وجود لأية انتقائية في هذا الشأن ولا توقف للحملة نهائيا إلا بعد الانتهاء تماما من هذه المخالفات”.

وكشف الخالد عن “عقارات استثمارية في منطقتي شرق وبنيد القار يقطنها ما بين 600 إلى 700 شخصا وهو ما لا يتناسب مع مساحات السكن ويتنافى مع الإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية في مواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد”، مشيرا إلى أن “حملة المحافظة لإزالة مخالفات البناء تواصل جهودها لمكافحة هذه المشكلة وإخراج هؤلاء السكان”.

وختم الخالد، تصريحه، مشيدا “بجهود وزارة الدولة لشؤون البلدية ممثلة في فريق الطوارئ لفرع بلدية المحافظة”.
