- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors
- Maintain documentation of maintenance work and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MEP maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical Engineer (DX System)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain DX (Direct Expansion) HVAC systems
- Monitor system performance and efficiency
