PUBLIC ADVISORY: Reopening Of The Online Appointment Priority System For Passport Applications And Renewals (in English and Filipino)
Round 3 of the Online Appointment Priority System will be open for 132 straight hours. The Embassy will accept responses to the online form from 12:00 P.M. on 25 September 2020 until 11:59 P.M. on 30 September 2020.

The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait informs the public that Round 3 of the Online Appointment Priority System for passport applications and renewals will be open for 132 straight hours, from 12:00 P.M. on 25 September 2020 (Friday) to 11:59 P.M. on 30 September 2020 (Wednesday). The online registration for passport appointments may be done via this link: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEAppointment.
Through the Online Appointment Priority System Form, the Embassy will gather information on passport or visa expiry dates, giving appointment priority to those whose passports or visas have expired or will expire very soon.
Answering the online form does not automatically grant an immediate appointment slot to a passport applicant. Instead, the Embassy will allocate the appointment slots first to applicants whose passports or visas have expired or are soon about to expire. The Embassy will notify applicants of their confirmed appointment schedule through a list that will be posted on the Embassy’s official Facebook page.
Filling out the online form is FREE OF CHARGE. The Embassy warns the public not to deal with FIXERS AND SCAMMERS. Those who are being asked to pay for their appointment or application form are urged to file a formal complaint at the Embassy, so that this incident will be investigated.
Walk-in passport applicants are strictly not allowed.
The Embassy requests passport applicants with confirmed appointments to follow the following reminders:
FILL OUT IN ADVANCE the Passport Application Form (Adults or Minors), which may be downloaded here: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
BRING the filled-out application form, together with copies of the current passport and Civil ID. Check the list of requirements here: https://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
PREPARE AN EXACT AMOUNT for their application fee (KD19.500 for passport application/renewal only, or KD26.000 for passport renewal with passport validity extension).
Bring bottled water and/or other refreshments, and fans to beat the outside heat.
Those who do not show up on the date and time of their passport appointment MUST GET A NEW APPOINTMENT IN THE NEXT ROUND OF REGISTRATION.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait na ang Ikatlong Round ng Online Appointment Priority System para sa mga aplikasyon at renewal ng pasaporte ay bukas nang walang patid sa loob ng 132 na oras, mula 12:00 P.M. ng 25 Setyembre 2020 (Biyernes) hanggang 11:59 P.M. ng 30 Setyembre 2020 (Miyerkules). Sa pamamagitan ng Online Appointment Priority System Form, kukuha ang Embahada ng impormasyon ukol sa expiry date ng mga pasaporte o visa, kung saan bibigyang prayoridad sa appointment ang mga may hawak ng pasaporte o visa na nawalan na o malapit nang mawalan ng bisa.
Ang pagsagot sa online form ay hindi nangangahulugang mabibigyan agad ng appointment slot ang isang aplikante ng pasaporte. Bagkus, unang ilalaan ng Embahada ang mga appointment slot sa mga aplikanteng may pasaporte o visa na nawalan na o mawalalan pa lang ng bisa. Aabisuhan ng Embahada ang mga aplikante ng kanilang kumpirmadong iskedyul ng appointment sa pamamagitan ng listahan na ilalabas sa opisyal na Facebook page ng Embahada.
Ang pagsagot sa online form ay LIBRE. Binabalaan ng Embahada ang publiko na huwag lumapit sa mga FIXER AT MANLOLOKO. Ang mga pinagbabayad para sa kanilang appointment o application form ay hinihikayat na magsampa ng pormal na reklamo sa Embahada upang maimbestigahan ang insidenteng ito.
Ang mga walk-in na aplikante para sa pasaporte ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal.
Pinapakiusapan ng Embahada ang mga aplikante ng pasaporte na may kumpirmadong appointment na sundin ang mga sumusunod na paalala:

IHANDA ANG SAKTONG BAYAD para sa kanilang application fee (KD19.500 para sa passport application/renewal lamang, o KD26.000 para sa passport renewal na may kasamang passport validity extension).
Magdala ng nakaboteng tubig at/o iba pang inumin, at pamaypay bilang panlaban sa init ng panahon sa labas.
Ang mga hindi nagpakita sa petsa at oras ng kanilang passport appointment ay DAPAT KUMUHA ULIT NG BAGONG APPOINTMENT SA SUSUNOD NA ROUND NG PAGPAPAREHISTRO.
