How to Pay Electricity and Water bills Online in Kuwait –

Step by Step process:

1. Register on The Ministry of Electricity & Water Official Website

Please note: The following form is for consumers only to register and submit the required transactions. To register an air conditioning company or offices and a consulting role, please go to the Electrical Installations Department and request the authorization form, and complete the required documents for registration.

Steps to create a personal account:

1- Registration request

Initial registration of your data

2- Create an account for the consumer

Final registration after receiving the activation code

Please ensure the following before completing the registration:

You must read the registration conditions before entering your data.
The phone / mobile number must be verified to successfully complete the registration process.
Registration for the Ministry’s services is done only once, and no more than one registration is allowed.

You must verify the validity of the email used, to obtain the activation code and complete the registration process.
In the event that the account is not activated for a day, the registration request will be canceled automatically

الرجاء التأكد من التالي قبل إتمام التسجيل:

يجب الاطلاع علي شروط التسجيل قبل الشروع في إدخال بياناتك.
يجب التأكد من رقم الهاتف / النقال ، لإتمام عملية التسجيل بنجاح .
التسجيل لخدمات الوزاره يتم مرة واحدة فقط ، ولا يسمح بالتسجيل أكثر من مرة .
