How to Apply for Passport in Kuwait
Procedure
- Visit the General Department of Citizenship and Travel.
- Bring along with you the required documents.
- Submit the required documents.
- Fill up the passport issuance application form.
Issuing Passport (First Time) Form: http://www.arabize-egypt.com/KGPQ/uploads/forms/Form_4_603_5730.jpg - Pay the fee.
Required Documents
- copy of the birth certificate for children
- copy of the civil ID for children
- Four (4) photos (4 6) with blue background
- copy of the latest educational certificate for applicants who reached 6 years old or older
- civil ID of the father or the legal representative
- emergency travel document, if the child is born abroad

Eligibility
- Kuwaiti citizens are eligible to apply for a passport.
- In case of a child or incompetent person, the father or legal representative could apply for passport.
Fees
Passport fee for 5 years – 3 KD
Validity
A Kuwaiti Passport is valid for five (5) years.
