Job Summary
The HR Specialist – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the soft skills and professional development of our employees. This role involves creating course materials and training toolkits, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and developing pre- and post-training assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering employee growth.
Job Responsibilities
Course Material Development:
โขย ย ย Design and develop engaging course materials and training toolkits tailored to various business units within Alghanim Industries.
Training Delivery:
โขย ย ย Deliver high-impact soft skills training programs, workshops, and sessions to employees across various functions and industries.
โขย ย ย Facilitate interactive and dynamic training experiences using modern training methodologies and tools.
โขย ย ย Adapt delivery styles to suit diverse learning audiences across Alghanim Industries’ businesses.
Evaluation & Measurement:
โขย ย ย Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness.
โขย ย ย Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure participant engagement, learning outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
โขย ย ย Analyze training feedback and provide reports and assist the Sr. L&D Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve future training.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
โขย ย ย Assist the Sr. L&D Manager in liaising with department heads and HR to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
โขย ย ย Stay updated on emerging L&D trends, tools, and methodologies to bring innovation and best practices into Alghanim Industries’ training programs.
Candidate Requirements
Skills
โขย ย ย Excellent communication and presentation skills.
โขย ย ย Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation frameworks.
โขย ย ย Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
โขย ย ย Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
โขย ย ย Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, Train-the-Trainer) is preferred.
โขย ย ย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools
Education
โขย ย ย Bachelorโs degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Years of Experience
โขย ย ย Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on soft skills training.
โขย ย ย Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

The primary role of the Accountant is to support the functional activities in accounting and reporting.
This will include receivables & payable accounting, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, cash and banking accounting.
Job Responsibilities
โขย ย ย To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company financial ledgers.
โขย ย ย To efficiently and accurately reconcile financial transactions and balances in the company records to supporting documentation.

โขย ย ย Liaise closely with Category and Marketing team
โขย ย ย Achieve and report on all KPIโs
Job Responsibilities
โขย ย ย To deliver the set sales targets for B2B
โขย ย ย To assist with the location of new projects, identify key decision makers and obtain opportunity to quote.
โขย ย ย To understand the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals
