Family visa to Work Visa for Selected category, iiQ8, indianinQ8
Family to work visa transfer allowed for selected category
Four new categories are allowed to transfer from family visa( Article 22) , to a work permit (Article 18) as per the latest announcement by the Public Authority for Manpower.
Spouses and children of Kuwaiti women
- Kuwaiti wives
- Those who born in the State of Kuwait
- The Palestinians who hold documents
- Those who hold a diploma qualification above secondary school or higher from Kuwaiti educational institutions
- Holders of technical professions specialized in the health field who have obtained the approval of the Ministry of Health
are among the new category allowed to transfer from family to work visa
