Job Summary

To provide an outstanding customer experience at time of delivery of vehicles back to customer. To ensure each customer is satisfied from their visit to us and provide necessary feedback using prescribed formats for development of the satisfaction levels

Job Responsibilities

•    Immediately on receipt of the information, inform the customer that the vehicle is ready. As much as possible the job details & costs should be informed on the phone. Confirm the delivery date/time and explain the advantage of coming on time. Log the call in Kerridge CRM module.
•    Great the customers upon arrival and explain to him/her what job have been done and charges for each job. Also inform the customers which of the complaints have not been attended (if any) and why. Explain the findings, characteristics and any report using the job card made available before customer arrival.
•    Advice the customers about the next service needed. Educate them about the benefits of making appointment for next visit. Thank the customer for the business and assure him our best attention at all times.
•    Actively ask the customers if they are satisfied with the service received during this visit. Use the prescribed format for quick evaluation of the satisfaction level of the customer.
•    Each customer who took delivery of their vehicles from us should receive a follow up call to ensure his / her satisfaction. Call should be placed within 48 hours of the vehicle delivery and log the call in Kerridge CRM. Module. If the customer is not satisfied, the customer case should be logged and forwarded to Manager for resolution.
•    Establish healthy and profitable relationship with the customer. Listen actively to the feed back at all interaction with the customer.

Candidate Requirements

•    5 years experience in Customer Service
•    Graduate in any discipline preferably in hospitality industry
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
•    Knowledge of Microsoft office application

The role will be based in Kuwait. The person will be part of the Digital practice, predominantly focusing on the following business units:

Alghanim Industries is currently experiencing a transformation that will result in a shift from a “Project based” to a “Product based” organization, in line with the most technology-advanced and agile companies at a global level.

In a product-based organization, employees are grouped around the product they work on, rather than individual roles or attributes, working according to agile methodologies. Digital organization create and manage products, focussing on delivering business KPI, versus typical “IT KPI”.

The role will report directly to the Retail IT Director, having overall responsibility for Design across the entire Retail group – managing design across all digital touchpoints, including ecommerce platform, mobile applications, store applications, digital kiosks, digital menu boards etc.

It is expected the individual will be a key strategic figure in the on-going digital transformation, ensuring we deliver best-in-class digital solutions across the Retail group. The individual will lead a team of designers / developers and will be expected to work alongside the various Product Owners to lead and execute the design of all customer facing touchpoints.

The individual will ensure projects are designed to deliver a best-in-class omni channel customer journey, focussing on design consistency across all touchpoints. It is expected that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and meeting / exceeding expectations – most crucially the measure will be on delivering calculable business value per project initiative. It is expected that the individual will propose modern solutions ensuring all Alghanim Retail design is ahead of competition and considered world leading.

This individual will have excellent design skills, good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a passion for Retail. Strong presentation skills are required, as well as the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders from business teams, IT teams, external vendors and delivery partners. It is expected that the individual is a keen follower of modern design trends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Design team, Alghanim Industries resources & external partner resources.
  • Assume overall responsibility for all Digital Design initiatives across the Retail group.
  • Participate as leader in the on-going digital transformation.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share project updates.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Support with sprint planning in order to deliver approved backlog of change.
Candidate Requirements
  • University degree, ideally from a creative design discipline.
  • 5 years+ experience working within Design, specifically ecommerce design.
  • 8 years+ experience of working within a fast-paced Retail environment
  • Ability to deliver world class design solutions across all consumer facing touchpoints in an omni channel retail environment.
  • Ability to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and resolve complex problems.
  • Experience of facilitating & running workshops (business & IT facing).
  • Project management experience is preferable
  • Experience of digital platforms, ideally Microservices.

The Job Purpose of a Business Administrator will be to provide administrative support to Management along with other secretarial duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Typing of all correspondence i.e. letters, memos, schedules, agendas, etc.
  • Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing)

Job Summary

This role will manage suppliers relationship as well as initiate, implement, and enforce quality control activities for all operational processes in the fulfilment to ensure keeping high standards, accuracy and excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Manage seller relationship relating to stock handling and fulfilment models.
•    Work closely with the E-commerce team for management of consignment stock.
•    Keep consistent communication channels between E-commerce and sellers to identify and monitor any risks with regards to warehousing and fulfilment.
•    Manage the customer return operations ensuring QC is done before processing for refund and/or write-off.
•    Establish quality control processes and procedures for evaluating and receiving different products in the fulfilment.
•    Provide overall direction and guidance to operational activities with the objective of maximizing QC operational efficiencies.
•    Ensure products inspections of all the inbound and the quality assurance of the outbound in compliance with customer specifications.
•    Establish and maintain effective performance measurement and monitoring processes.
•    Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements
•    Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff to assume leadership.
•    Initiate cost reduction ideas and control QC department operating costs.

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), ideally with major/concentrations in business/marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management, or equivalent degree.
