Overview:

The Sr. Planogrammer is responsible for the deployment and sustainment of store merchandising strategies. They are responsible for implementing planogram design including products, signage and fixture updates, deploying new interactive displays, and proper installation of products such as TV’s and major appliances. This person is responsible for maximizing the productivity of retail space utilizing store and planogram analysis ensuring and maintaining the integrity of the data for their categories, and providing clear and precise direction for implementation of such plan-o-grams in all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly planogram display tracker update .
• Utilization Report- Space utilized in showroom by calculating the stock availability of the physically displayed articles in showroom .
• Planogram categories to be handled and Sending the updated trackers to all stores.
• Showroom Updating of two categories per week.
• Showroom visit for updating modifying the existing planogram .
• Working close with category team for changes/updating in planogramming format (merchandising rules).

Skills

• Must know Planogramming electronic categories  Digital / non Digital .
• Ability to work close with category teams for planogram updates.
• Coordinate with store to implement the planogram.
• Merchandising experience in Electronics Showrooms.
• Visual merchandising software knowledge (Any software/ JDA) is a must
• Excellent proficiency  in MS Excel (MS office) is a must.
• Knowledge about store layouts (floor plans) is a must.
• Experience in Visual Merchandising implementation.
• Good Communication skills in English & Arabic.
• AutoCAD knowledge is plus.
• Must have valid and renewable Kuwaiti driving license.
