🔹 About the Role

As Operation Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring operational excellence. From planning and budgeting to supervising daily operations, you’ll be the backbone of our company’s success.

You’ll be the person who keeps everything running efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s operational strategy
• Assist in expanding related services
• Establish, review, and improve operational policies and SOPs across all branches
• Prepare regular operational reports highlighting performance, challenges, and improvement recommendations
• Provide strategic input to senior management to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness

Daily Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations across all branches
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain effective operational systems and procedures
• Conduct periodic visits to branches to evaluate performance and maintain consistent service standards

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Develop and track KPIs to measure efficiency, service quality, and profitability
• Present reports to senior management highlighting key challenges, risks, and achievements

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing annual operational budgets in coordination with Finance
• Monitor operational expenses to ensure adherence to budgets

Process & Systems Development

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures
• Oversee the opening of new branches, including setup, licensing, manpower, and equipment

People Management

• Set performance goals and monitor team progress
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Training Department to upskill employees
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching

🔹 Requirements

• 15–18 years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in the same field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of processes, SOPs, and operational best practices
• Ability to manage multiple branches and teams efficiently

🔹 Working Details

• Days: Sunday to Thursday (Saturday half-day)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
