Logistics Supervisor

Designation – Logistic Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of goods within the GCC and other major countries.

Manage imports and exports of shipments
Work closely with DHL, Aramex, freight forwarders, clearing agent, shipping lines and warehouse for on-time delivery, troubleshooting, rates and service levels.
Must be familiar with local and international customs clearances and documents Ensure that export, import, and trade activities within every company department / offices correctly follow documented procedures that are compliant to current regulations and practices.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English in order to understand written procedures, Arabic a plus
Strong follow up skills
Work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

Knowledge of Insurance terms

Knowledge of LC and incoterms

Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience

Must have a graduation degree

Must be ready to join within 1 month

Must have valid transferable residency
