🔹 Open Positions & Job Descriptions

1️⃣ Process – Lead / Senior Engineer (2)

Lead process engineering activities during FEED and detail design
Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure design compliance

2️⃣ Process Safety – Lead / Senior Engineer (2)

Perform and lead HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and risk studies
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international safety standards
Support design safety reviews and project approvals

3️⃣ Electrical – Lead / Senior Engineer (1)

Lead electrical engineering design for Oil & Gas facilities
Review load lists, SLDs, cable sizing, and equipment specifications
Coordinate with vendors and other engineering disciplines

4️⃣ Electrical – Designer (2)

Prepare electrical layouts, drawings, and design documentation
Support senior engineers in detailed design deliverables
Ensure drawings meet project and ADNOC standards

5️⃣ Instrumentation – Lead / Senior Engineer (4)

Lead instrumentation engineering for EPC projects
Review instrument data sheets, control philosophies, and layouts
Coordinate with process, electrical, and automation teams

6️⃣ Instrumentation – Lead / Senior Automation Engineer (6–10)

Lead automation and control system design (DCS, PLC, SCADA)
Review control architectures, cause & effect charts, and logic diagrams
Support FAT, SAT, and vendor coordination

7️⃣ Instrumentation – Engineer (Junior) (2)

Support senior engineers with instrumentation design activities
Prepare technical documentation and assist with project deliverables
Participate in reviews and coordination meetings

8️⃣ Instrumentation – Designer (2)

Prepare instrumentation drawings, hook-ups, and layouts
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
Support detailed engineering deliverables

9️⃣ Pipeline – Lead / Senior Engineer (4)

Lead pipeline design activities for onshore Oil & Gas projects
Review routing, stress analysis, and material specifications
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international pipeline codes

🔟 Pipeline – Engineer (4)

Support pipeline design, calculations, and documentation
Coordinate with civil, structural, and process teams
Assist in design reviews and technical submissions

1️⃣1️⃣ Rotating Equipment – Lead / Senior Engineer (2)

Lead engineering activities for pumps, compressors, and turbines
Review vendor documents and equipment specifications
Support FAT, inspections, and technical evaluations

1️⃣2️⃣ Static Equipment – Lead / Senior Engineer (1)

Handle design and specification of pressure vessels, exchangers, and tanks
Review mechanical datasheets and vendor drawings
Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and ADNOC standards

1️⃣3️⃣ Material & Corrosion – Lead / Senior Engineer (1)

Develop material selection and corrosion control strategies
Review MDS, corrosion studies, and mitigation plans
Support long-term asset integrity requirements

1️⃣4️⃣ Engineering – Engineering Manager (2)

Overall management of multidisciplinary engineering teams
Ensure timely delivery of FEED and detailed engineering packages
Act as main technical interface with client and project stakeholders

1️⃣5️⃣ Civil & Structure – Lead / Senior Engineer (2)

Lead civil and structural design for onshore Oil & Gas facilities
Review foundations, steel structures, and layouts
Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure code compliance

✅ Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering discipline
15+ years of Oil & Gas EPC experience
Strong background in FEED & Detailed Engineering
ADNOC project experience – mandatory
Excellent technical knowledge and coordination skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Execute job tasks as per approved method statements and work permits
Ensure compliance with HSE rules, ADNOC standards, and site procedures
Coordinate with supervisors, permit holders, and work teams
Identify job hazards and follow risk control measures
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses
Support smooth execution of daily operational activities

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Job Performer with Engineering Diploma or Degree
OR
6 years’ experience for non-engineering candidates
Previous ADNOC project experience is preferred
Strong understanding of job execution and safety practices

2️⃣ HSE Officer

The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental compliance across project activities to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Monitor contractor compliance with HSE standards
Prepare safety reports and incident documentation
Support audits, inspections, and ADNOC safety requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Oil & Gas
At least 2 years’ experience in construction or Oil & Gas field
Previous ADNOC approval is a strong advantage
Good communication and safety awareness skills

3️⃣ Lifting Supervisor

The Lifting Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing lifting operations safely and in compliance with ADNOC lifting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all lifting and rigging operations on site
Ensure lifting plans are approved and followed correctly
Verify lifting equipment certifications and operator competence
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors
Ensure compliance with ADNOC ST-019 lifting procedures
Stop unsafe lifting activities and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

Valid ADNOC ST-019 (4 Days) Training Certificate – Mandatory
4–5 years’ experience as a Lifting Supervisor
Previous ADNOC approval is an added advantage
