🔹 Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1️⃣ Mechanical Engineer

Vacancies: 1
Experience: Minimum 7 years (Marine/Oil & Gas)
Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role:

• Full-time site presence during project execution
• Oversee mechanical systems, machinery, and installations
• Coordinate with site team, QA/QC, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

2️⃣ QA/QC Engineer

Vacancies: 1+
Experience: Minimum 7 years (Marine/Oil & Gas)
Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC processes during site work
• Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and workmanship
• Ensure compliance with client and project specifications
• Report findings and assist in corrective measures

3️⃣ Mechanical Supervisor

Vacancies: 1
Experience: Minimum 10 years (Marine/Oil & Gas)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role:

• Supervise mechanical installation activities on site
• Ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and QA/QC teams

4️⃣ Civil Supervisor

Vacancies: 1
Experience: Minimum 10 years (Marine/Oil & Gas)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role:

• Supervise civil works on site only (cannot supervise other disciplines)
• Ensure work meets project specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with site management and engineering teams

5️⃣ Report Coordinator / Data Recorder

Vacancies: 1
Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum HNC in engineering or science discipline OR
• SCWIP 3.4u Underwater Inspection Controller qualification
  Role:
• Record, maintain, and coordinate technical data and reports
• Use specified computer systems and software effectively
• Actively participate as part of the diving team, following required qualifications

6️⃣ Scheduler / Cost Controller

Vacancies: 1
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas or maintenance projects
Skills: High-level Primavera knowledge
Role:

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules and budgets
• Track project progress and prepare cost reports
• Work closely with project managers and engineering teams for resource allocation and cost optimization

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Marine or Oil & Gas projects
• Relevant educational qualifications as listed above
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Kuwait
