* Minimum of 6-10 years management experience, preferably in medical and healthcare industry.
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment.
* Strong people management and development skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead, monitor and develop the team.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Must have customer centric behavior.
* With demonstrated business administration skills, including responsibility for preparation and achievement of targets.
* Should have analytical abilities, problem-solving techniques and strong planning skills.
* Experience in setting KPI’s and performance evaluation.
* Service Quality Check experience is a must.
* Have experience using call center software.
* Arab national and ready to join immediately.
