Embassy of India in Kuwait has been issuing Travel Documents including Emergency Certificates (EC) for those registered with the Embassy and have submitted their completed application forms. The Embassy is regularly contacting them through telephone calls, whatsapp messages and emails to distribute their printed travel documents. Those who are prepared to avail the concessions offered by the Government of State of Kuwait though its notification of November 24 and who do not possess valid travel documents, may contact the Embassy urgently and apply for ECs at the special EC counter at the Embassy. Kuwait City, 26th November 2020: Russian vaccine to cost less than $10, iiQ8, Kuwait News Russia released new results Tuesday claiming its experimental COVID-19 vaccine was highly effective, and promised it would cost less on international markets than vaccines by some of its Western competitors. According to the Russian Direct Investment Fund, which bankrolled the development of the jab, Sputnik V will cost less than $10 per dose – or less than $20 for the two doses needed to vaccinate one person – on international markets.
