Kuwait City, 22nd March 2023: Restaurants Timing in Ramadan Kuwait   Kuwait Restaurants and cafes will have to close during fasting hours, and they only open two hours before the official iftar time (the Maghrib call to prayer) to start and prepare their work, Arabic daily Al Qabas reported. The Director General of the Kuwait Municipality, Eng. Kuwait City, 22nd March 2023: Kuwait Bank Timing in Ramadan   Sheikha Al-Essa, the Director of Public Relations at the Federation of Kuwait Banks announced the timings for receiving customers at local banks during Ramadan.
