B2B Supervisor Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a B2B Supervisor for our company who is efficient enough to increase sales and profitability. With the help of our partners, this job develops and implements our sales and marketing strategies as well as different eCommerce-related initiatives. You will be in charge of maximizing the potential of our sales staff, creating sales forecasts, and defending those goals to top management. Along with collaborating with local sales staff to promote regional and individual eCommerce prospects, the duties also involve educating, planning, executing, and coordinating the eCommerce component of the distributor’s yearly business strategy. You are in charge of managing the strategy, collaboration, and execution with our Distributors on their networks for our B2B .To ladder up to more general business performance targets and objectives, you must work closely with the eCommerce and Strategic Planning teams.
B2B Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1- Preparing the restaurants orders Fulfilling orders without shortage and delay
2- Controlling the staff and giving duties, Assigning labors the tasks
3- Checking stock availability/quantity Reporting the shortage items to WH supervisor before ordering
4- Stock issues inform to Opt manager, If received anything wrong or bad quality
5 -Staff issues inform to Opt manager, Reporting about staff’s issues in daily bases
6 -Making Chabra and showroom orders ,Putting the qty according to- movement
7 -Attending cash purchasing customers Assisting showroom if needed
8- Make the Pos bills Assisting showroom if needed
9- Make stock transfer Assisting WH if needed
10- Go fresh/360 mall orders, preparing and transfer Fulfilling orders without shortage and delay
11- Stock count Monthly inventory arrangement

B2B Sales Super Skills and Qualification:
*A degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field
*Experience working in fruit and vegetables for at least 3 years
*Good presentation and communication abilities
*Strong expertise in B2B sales pipeline management and marketing management
*Knowledge of reporting, efficiency, and analytic techniques
*Dedicated to lifelong learning through meetings, training, and workshops
*Proven ability to lead the sales cycle from concept to close
