The evacuation flights began from yesterday for those who wish to return back to India. The agreement between two countries are that flights are intended for departure only and not for arrivals in compliance with the circular issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in advance to prevent the entry of foreigners into Kuwait from 31 countries, including India. The coordination is underway to increase the departing passengers to 2,500 per day from 18th to 31st of Aug which will be implemented soon.
