2nd Shipment of COVID-19 Vaccine will receive in this week, iiQ8
Kuwait will receive the second shipment of Covid-19 vaccine this week
New shipment of Covid-19 vaccine will arrive Kuwait this week, Minister of Health Sheikh Basil Al-Sabah informed. Successive shipments will arrive Kuwait in coming months until all citizens and residents are vaccinated against Covid-19, Minister said.
Kuwait had received the first shipment of Pfizer vaccine against the Coronavirus on December 23rd and launched the vaccination campaign on December 24th. The vaccination campaign had started at the specially set up Vaccination Center at the Hall No. 5 of International Fairgrounds in Mishrif.
Frontline workers and older people are being given the vaccine during the initial phase.
