Revised Working Hours at BLS Outsourcing Center, Kuwait City
The revised working hours at Embassy’s BLS Outsourcing Center at Kuwait City for Consular attestation, Passport and Visa, will be as per the schedule given below with immediate effect, till further notice:
Address of the premises:
3rd Floor, Jawahara Tower, Ali Al-Salem Street, Kuwait City.
Revised Timings:
Saturday to Thursday – 0730 -2130 hrs. (7.30 A.M. to 9.30 P.M.)
(Issuance of last token at 9 P.M.)
Friday 1430 -2130 hrs. – (2.30 P.M. to 9.30 P.M.)
(Issuance of last token at 9 P.M.)
2. Attestation of Documents: Documents deposited at the BLS Center for Consular Attestation on any given day up to 10 A.M. will be returned to the applicants the same day from 6 P.M. to 9.30 PM., while documents deposited after 10.00 A.M. will be returned the next working day from 6 P.M. to 9.30 P.M. Requests for same day attestation in emergency cases will be decided on a case-to-case basis based on the nature of emergency.
3. BLS Outsourcing Centers of the Embassy at Fahaheel and Jaleeb-Al Shuwaikh will remain closed till further notice. In case of any further queries/assistance required, please contact BLS Helpline numbers
