Kuwait City: 21st June, 2021: Kuwait begins vaccinating domestic workers, iiQ8 Domestic workers do not need to be vaccinated to enter the country Kuwait City: The official spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad, said they will begin vaccinating domestic workers starting on June 19. All those who hold an Article 20 visa are considered domestic workers, thus they will be receiving messages for their vaccine appointments shortly. The move comes as Kuwait received the third shipment of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine last week. Kuwait, 18th June 2021: Domestic workers can enter Kuwait without vaccination, iiQ8 Union of domestic labor office stated that domestic workers are excluded from the Cabinet’s decision allowing vaccinated expats to enter Kuwait with vaccines approved in Kuwait. The clarification was issued today that domestic workers can enter without any vaccination reports Al Rai. Earlier today the Cabinet announced that from 1st August onward vaccinated expats with valid residence will be allowed to enter Kuwait.
