#Kuwait cameras on police uniforms Parliament panel approves related proposal aimed to expose abuses A Kuwaiti parliamentary committee has approved a proposal for equipping police’s uniforms with cameras to expose “transgressions” from them or members of the public, a local newspaper has said The proposal requires police personnel to keep the device on while on duty, Al Qabas reported. ”Police are vigilant in safeguarding, preserving people’s security and tracking down violators,” said MP Hesham Al Saleh, the author of the draft. “Sometimes cases of misunderstanding happen and develop into transgression either on the part of the policeman or the other side,” he added. The lawmaker added that his proposal aims to protect both sides’ rights and preserve “transparency and credibility” of police’s job. New Delhi: 21st April 2022: Assam Boy Designs Theft Proof Electronic Bicycle An Assam Rifles ITI Technology student has developed a Electronic bicycle (E-bike) fitted with modern sensors and tracking systems, thereby making it a ‘theft-proof’. The e-bike has been developed by 19-year-old Samrat Nath from Assam’s Karimganj district and it is powered by Lithium-ion batteries recycled from old laptops. Samrat has made it possible after four years of hard work. According to news agency ANI, the e-bike is expected to offer a range of 60 km on a single charge and a top speed of 40 km per hour. Samrat invented the smart e-bike to escape from theft. The e-bike comes with a lot of security features.
