Kuwait Ramadan working hours 2019 for Banks, Government offices

Ministries and governmental institutions including Ministry of Education, Information, Ports, Agriculture Authority, Youth Authority, Industry, Minors Affairs, Customs, Fire Department, Municipality, Civil Service etc will be working from 9:30 am till 2:00 pm for ministries and government institutions.

Rest of the institutions will be working from 10 am to 2:30 pm.

Institutions with special nature need to consult with CSC for their working hours, the statement said.


Traffic department announces Ramadan timings

Kuwait The Interior Ministry’s traffic department announced that official working hours in Ramadan will be from 10 am to 2:30 pm and 2 pm to 5:00 pm in the vehicle registration, driving licenses, traffic violation investigation and driving test departments, technical testing (car inspection)1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, The directorate added that vehicle inspection companies will operate from 10 am to 2:30 pm and 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Ramadan Working Hours Announced By MOI

Kuwait: The official working hours for Ramadan has been announced by the Interior Ministry at residency departments that work day shifts would be from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm in the six Governorates, while those in evenings will be open from 2:30 to 5:30 at Farwaniya and capital”Al-Asimah” governorates.

Banks’ Work Hours In Ramadan Declared 

Kuwait Banking Association declared that the Banks’ work hours during Ramadan would be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m,The banks will serve clients as of 10:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m.

Banks : Ahli United Bank, Burgan Bank, Kuwait International Bank, Warba Bank, Gulf Bank, Al Tijari Bank, Boubyan Bank, NBK, ABK, CBK, Kuwait Finance House.

Kuwait: The MOI personnel are ready for the holy month of Ramadan to ensure the safety on roads, Acting Relations and Security Information Director General Brig Tawheed Al-Kandari said, Orders have been issued to ensure the safety of Citizens and expatriates during #Ramadan and the overall security plan for the country would be implemented in all sectors.
He warned Citizens and Expatriates against eating of drinking in public during the fasting month of Ramadan. ” any person seen eating of drinking publicly would be fined KD 100 and jailed for one month maximum, or one of these penalties”. Al-Kandari added.
Al-Kandari urged the public to turn in any beggar they may accost by calling the emergency hot-line 112 or contacting the nearest police station or police officer.
Any expat caught begging during Ramadan will be subjected to immediate deportation, he said.
