The proposal includes exempting the fine for all violators wishing to leave the country & allowing them to return again within the framework of the law in a new visa, Those who want to adjust their status & stay in the country must pay the financial fines.
The previous amnesty programme permitted residency violators to leave the country without paying any fines while allowing them a chance to return to the country later with the right documents.
