Issuing traffic fines through the Sahel – سهل application
Based on the instructions and directives of His Excellency the Minister of Interior and to enhance transparency and to immediately curb the reckless and violators.
Ministry of Interior: Issuing traffic fines has become electronic.
The violation is communicated to the violator immediately through the “Sahel” application
It will be officially applied from 1/9/2023.
In its steps towards digital transformation and based on the directives of His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Ministry of Interior launches the “Rased” application for police and traffic officers in its first phase. The application aims to organize the process of issuing traffic violations and converting them from paper to digital. Where the traffic policeman monitors the violation and releases it, and it reaches the violator immediately through a notification through an easy application.
This step comes in order to achieve more transparency and to tighten the process of restricting traffic violations and limit the reckless and violators immediately and decisively in order to regulate the traffic process.
The ministry also confirms in its statement that vehicle drivers can inquire about their traffic violations through the unified government application for electronic services “Sahel” or through the website of the Ministry of Interior.
The Ministry urges citizens and residents to abide by traffic rules and instructions and police instructions.

في خطواتها نحو التحوّل الرقمي وبناء على توجيهات معالي النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية الشيخ طلال الخالد الاحمد الصباح تطلق وزارة الداخلية تطبيق “راصد” لرجال الشرطة والمرور وذلك في مرحلته الأولى، ويهدف التطبيق إلى تنظيم عملية تحرير المخالفات المرورية وتحويلها من ورقية إلى رقمية، حيث يرصد رجل المرور المخالفة ويحررها وتصل للمخالف فوراً من خلال إشعار عبر تطبيق سهل.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة من اجل تحقيق المزيد من الشفافية ولإحكام عملية تقييد المخالفات المرورية والحد من المستهترين والمخالفين بشكل فوري وحازم وذلك لتنظيم عملية المرور.
كما تؤكد الوزارة في بيانها بأنه يمكن لقائدي المركبات من الاستعلام عن مخالفاتهم المرورية عبر التطبيق الحكومي الموحد للخدمات الإلكترونية “سهل” او عبر الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الداخلية.
وتهيب الوزارة للمواطنين والمقيمين بضرورة الالتزام بقواعد وارشادات المرور وتعليمات رجال الشرطة.
