Indian embassy re-open registration of expats for repatriation
Indian Embassy today re-open the registration of Indians who wish to seek repatriation to India. Earlier the registration was suspended.
According to sources more than 60,000 people were registered before the suspension.
Indian nationals in Kuwait who seek repatriation to India are requested to fill up the form in the following link:
https://indembkwt.gov.in/index.php
However, the purpose of registration is only to collect data and no decision has been taken yet regarding the confirmation of seat.

Labour laws of Kuwait also prohibit Employers from keeping Passport of Employees, except with the express consent of the Employee.
Do not hand over your Passport to your Employer, unless you want to. Please keep your Passport in your possession.
