Urgent Hiring – Al Jameh Group (KNPC Al Zour Refinery Project)

Alright… this is an urgent requirement from Al Jameh Group Kuwait, for one of the major ongoing projects at KNPC Al Zour Refinery.

They’re looking for experienced professionals who already understand oil & gas environments and can step in without much hand-holding.

📍 Location: Fahaheel, Kuwait
⚠️ Immediate joiners only (please, no long notice periods)

 

🦺 1. HSE / Safety Engineer

This role is for someone who has already spent time in serious industrial environments — refineries, oil fields, or petrochemical plants.

🛠 What the role involves

You’ll be responsible for maintaining safety standards on-site, preparing HSE documentation, and ensuring everything aligns with KNPC requirements. It’s not just supervision — you’ll also be involved in planning, compliance, and audits.

 

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (4-year full-time program)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical safety roles
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking)

⭐ Preferred Certifications (big advantage)

• Industrial Safety Diploma
• CSP or CMIOSH certification
• ISO 9001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001 auditor certification
• Training in QRA / HAZOP / HAZAN studies

💬 Additional Expectations

• Experience in preparing HSE documentation and modules
• Strong knowledge of KNPC safety standards and procedures
• Must be proactive — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what’s wrong
• KNPC project experience is highly preferred

🔧 2. HSE Equipment Inspector

This role is more hands-on, focused on machinery and equipment safety on site.

🛠 What you’ll be doing

You’ll inspect and monitor diesel machinery and heavy equipment used on site, making sure everything is safe, functional, and compliant before and during operations.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling diesel machinery and equipment
• Good understanding of inspection and safety checks
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
