Job Summary

The customer service representative is the first point of contact for claiming with Enaya Insurance and claims customer service

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will need to:

  • Take inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
  • Transfer the inbound call to supervisor when it’s required.
  • Handle calls in line with Call Centre protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
  • Send Knpay links for the customers.
  • Claim registration for individuals & corporate.
  • Communicate the required inquiry with other departments.
  • Issuing the subs car order to provider.
  • Answer customer’s queries regarding subs car.
  • Perform outbound calls for collection, introduction to enaya or any other requested jobs.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
