Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Salary: 450 – 550 KWD
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential records and documents with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor with strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and MS Office issues.
- Use ITSM tools to log, track, and resolve incidents.
- Assist with network support and basic configurations.
- Deliver excellent service and analytical support to users.
Requirements:
- BSc. in Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of networks, Windows OS, and MS Office products.
- Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti).
- Service-oriented, analytical, and team-focused.
- Must be Arabic-speaking.
