Now, we’re looking for someone special to join our team: a hands-on IT Admin cum Site Support Engineer who loves both the office setup and a bit of field action.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical desk-only IT job. You’ll manage IT systems at our head office and jump onto project sites when needed. From network security to servers, from Office 365 to CCTV setups—you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything running.
Here’s a peek at what you’ll do:
Network & Security:
- Configure and manage FortiGate Firewalls (200F & 40E), including VPNs and policies
- Maintain Aruba switches and Omada Wi-Fi access points to keep connectivity smooth
Server & Systems Management:
- Handle Sangfor Virtual Machine Servers (DC, ADC, SQL Server, Mail Store, Printer Server)
- Set up and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Shares
- Administer Office 365 accounts and manage cloud integrations
- Implement Veeam backups for data protection
User & On-Site Support:
- Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support to staff
- Visit construction project sites for IT support whenever required
Operations & Procurement:
- Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems
- Monitor system uptime and network availability
- Assist in IT procurement and equipment setup
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with firewalls, networking, and virtualization
- Hands-on with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, FortiGate, Aruba, Omada, Sangfor
- Skilled in Office 365 admin and Veeam backups
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple sites
- Currently residing in the UAE
