• Assist the CEO with his dailyschedule and duties, to include managing his calendar, commitments,and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendasand meeting materials, reporting expenses, etc.).Provide generaladministrative support.• Receiving and interacting withvisitors; Answering and managing incoming calls; Maintaining paperand online records and defining procedures for their retention,protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal; Arranging meetingsand conference calls (including coordinating all meeting logistics,developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.); Draftingcorrespondence and presentations; Recording, transcribing, anddistributing notes/minutes of meetings; and Providing other dailysupport to staff as needed; Moderate the CEO`s relatedmeetings/conferences.
