🍽️ Back of House – Arabic Food

👨‍🍳 Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations. You’ll help supervise the team, maintain food quality, control hygiene standards, and ensure dishes are prepared consistently and on time. Leadership skills and strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine are essential.

🍳 CDP (Chef de Partie)

You will be responsible for a specific kitchen section. Your role includes preparing dishes, maintaining cleanliness in your area, training junior staff, and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met during service.

🔪 Commis 1

As a Commis 1, you’ll assist senior chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating. You should be confident with basic kitchen skills, follow instructions well, and maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.

🍽️ Commis 2

This is an entry-level kitchen role, perfect for someone building their culinary career. You’ll help with prep work, cleaning, ingredient handling, and basic cooking tasks while learning from experienced chefs.

🔥 Tandoor Chef

You will be responsible for operating the tandoor oven and preparing items such as breads and grilled dishes. Experience with tandoor cooking, temperature control, and timing is important to maintain taste and consistency.

📦 Receiver / Storekeeper

In this role, you’ll handle receiving deliveries, checking quantities and quality, organizing storage areas, and maintaining inventory records. Attention to detail and basic stock management knowledge are key.

☕ Front of House

🧑‍💼 Assistant Manager

You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, customer satisfaction, and service quality. This role involves problem-solving, team coordination, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

🧑‍💼 Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee floor operations, guide service staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure service standards are followed. Strong leadership and communication skills are important here.

☕ Barista

You’ll prepare and serve coffee and beverages while maintaining consistency and presentation. This role requires basic barista skills, cleanliness, and friendly customer interaction.

🍽️ Waiter

You’ll take customer orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. A positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

🏃 Food Runner

As a Food Runner, you’ll support the service team by delivering food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately. This role requires speed, coordination, and attention to detail.

🧑‍💼 Position Overview

As an Installation Supervisor / Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily installation activities on-site. You’ll work closely with technicians, management, and other departments to ensure ventilation systems are installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

This is a practical, hands-on role — not a desk job — and it suits someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable handling site challenges.

🛠️ Key Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ventilation installation teams on-site
• Plan and schedule installation activities to meet project timelines
• Monitor daily progress and update work schedules accordingly
• Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and administrative teams
• Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, quality standards, and safety rules
• Prepare clear daily and weekly installation reports
• Identify site issues early and resolve delays or technical challenges
• Coordinate material requirements with management before work execution

You’ll be the link between planning and execution — making sure everything runs smoothly on the ground.

✅ Job Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Arab candidates preferred
• Language: Arabic fluency is mandatory
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role (ventilation / HVAC installation preferred)
• Visa: Regular company visa
• Joining: Immediate or as soon as possible

⏰ Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: 1 day
• Benefits: As per Kuwait Labor Law
