We are looking for “Compliance Officer”

Role for our Exchange Company mainly preferred from Finance Sector only from KUWAIT.

▪️Below is the key requirements:

• Adequate knowledge of the banking system.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

• Raising Non-conformity and stop non-compliance transactions

• Keep track on changes in Legal and Central Bank requirements and updating the same in compliance manual in timely manner and updating the staff accordingly.

• The AML Compliance Officer has to monitor the Anti-Fraud Compliance responsibilities.

• Providing training to staff / department to ensure their awareness on latest legal / Kuwait Central Bank requirements.

• Keep track of suspicious transaction and inform to legal /Kuwait CB authority as per their requirements.

▪️Qualification
• Graduate or Post graduate.
• Preference for CAMS certified holder.
• Experience – 5 to 6 years as Compliance officer.
• Nationality – Only Arab
• Language – Mandatory Fluent in English and Arabic
• Visa – only 18 transferable, require immediate transfer.

1- Internal Audit Manager 

– Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent professional qualification (CPA / CA / CIA)

– Experience not less than 8 – 10 years in Audits, Big 4 experience is preferred

2- Credit Controller

– Bachelor Degree graduate, most preferred in accounting

– Experience not less than 5 years in corporate finance

– Strong awareness of local market and credit policies

– Computer acknowledge ( Word, PPT, Excel )

– Bilingual will be advantage

3. Risk Manager

– Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent professional qualification

– Experience not less than 8 – 10 years in Risk Management
