We are looking to hire:

“Procurement Officer”

– Raising Pos on the vendor for requirement of equipment and services for the projects and other sales needs.

– Checking all shipping paperwork to ensure that it meets the Kuwait. standard of customs regulations and MOC criteria.

– Doing the pre-sales teams and updating records for submission to MOC every 3 months.

– Getting shipping quotes and arranging shippers for various shipments.

– Monitoring and coordinating. shipments for smooth arrival into the country and customs clearance.

– Negotiate better payments terms with vendors.

– Prepare costing sheets with all expenses for good receiving reports.

– Prepare vendor reports, if required by management.
