Maintenance Officer

Job Requirements:
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
• Conducting temperature readings of all chillers and freezers including walk-in freezer and chiller, ensure cold holding units are functioning to standard temperature and well maintained.
• Checking if the air-cooling fans and Air conditioning units are functioning and in good working conditions.
• Checking if all the lights and electrical appliances are in working conditions and making necessary replacement and wiring required.
• Ensuring auto doors and air curtains are operating in good condition.
• Ensures water supply and plumbing of the facility is operational and in good condition.

Work Requirements:
-Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the same field
-With experience in Catering, Food & beverage industry
-diploma or higher degree in Engineering
-Familiar with electrical and plumbing system
-Familiar with airconditioning units and cold holding equiptment as freezers and chillers
-Good microsoft computer application knowledge

Nationality: Any Nationality(preferably asian)
Salary: KD 450-450
18 visa transferable
