Are you a detail-oriented, experienced logistics professional looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a Logistic Supervisor who can keep our supply chain running smoothly across the GCC and other major regions.
If you know your way around shipping, customs, and international trade, and enjoy coordinating with multiple teams to get things delivered on time, this role might be perfect for you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage imports and exports of shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with DHL, Aramex, freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery, troubleshoot issues, and negotiate rates.
- Ensure all export, import, and trade activities across departments follow proper procedures and comply with regulations.
- Understand and handle customs clearance documents for local and international shipments.
- Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
- Stay on top of insurance terms, LC, and incoterms.
- Follow procedures logically and consistently, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics.
- Graduation degree is required.
- Must have valid transferable residency.
- Ready to join within 1 month.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle interruptions without losing focus.
Salary: KD 325/-
