Requirements: –

• Previous working experience as restaurant manager (minimum 2 years).

• Experienced with food types, quality and ingredients, control the operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.

• Experience in doing costing.

• Experience in testing and managing customers complains.

• He should have good back ground about the suppliers in Kuwait.

• Negotiation skills

• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.

• Strong personality & having leadership skills to manage staff well and able to take reaction if someone doesn’t follow the roles.

• Requirements for excellence in English (Arabic is Plus).

• Lebanese Or Asians Only!
