Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant with a strong background in ThoughtSpot, SQL, and either Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in data warehousing, data modeling techniques, and data governance. Additionally, experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is required. This role involves working closely with our analytics team to design, develop, and implement BI solutions that drive business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
• ThoughtSpot Expertise: Utilize ThoughtSpot to create, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports.
• Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance practices using ThoughtSpot.
• Secondary BI Tool: Develop and manage dashboards and reports in either Tableau or Power BI.
• SQL Mastery: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Data Warehousing: Design, implement, and maintain data warehouse solutions to support BI initiatives.
• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
• Cloud Data Platforms: Work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.

Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar quantitative STEM field
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in BI and data analytics.
• ThoughtSpot: Proven experience with ThoughtSpot.
• Data Governance: Experience implementing data governance practices with ThoughtSpot.
• SQL: Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Secondary Skillset: Strong experience with either Tableau or Power BI.
• Data Warehousing: Expertise in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions.
• Data Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling techniques and best practices.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Summary
The role would lead a team of developers for the operations and support of existing digital initiatives and future digital initiatives.
The Technical Lead would own and manage the design of the IT landscape of the POS and would be responsible for establishing the scope of the development, setting down architectural principles and vision and for ensuring the rigor and integrity of the enterprise architecture, together with associated deliverables.
Should have experience in leading development projects with good understanding of retail business framework, technical architecture, deployment processes and integration of the ERP.
The primary responsibility is to perform continuous assessment on the systems and improvise, fulfill the gaps where applicable.
Introduce & maintain the operational process to address the pain points of Business to improvise and ensure the applications are secure throughout and the on-going issues are addressed.
This role will be based in Kuwait, managing the local team & development partners.

Job Responsibilities
Oracle Symphony POS System Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Oracle Symphony POS system.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate with Oracle support for any advanced troubleshooting and system updates.
- Hospitality Management:
• Ensure the POS system is configured to meet the needs of our F&B operations.
• Customize and optimize the POS system to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions for the POS system. - Inventory Management:
• Integrate the Oracle Symphony POS system with inventory management software.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Develop and implement inventory management best practices. - Technical Support and Training:
• Provide technical support to staff for Oracle Symphony POS and inventory management systems.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle Hospitality systems, particularly Oracle Symphony POS. - Strong understanding of on-premises Oracle solution and Cloud based oracle solution
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:

Working Conditions:
• This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support system updates or resolve critical issues.
