Job Summary

Implement the digitalization/IT projects identified and specified in the IT road map and ensure proper performance and availability for the existing systems.

The IT manager should work closely with the business to identify areas of improvements, potential solutions, and vendors. He/she is also responsible for project implementation within cost/quality& time

IT manager should be able to identify and select relevant technologies for the business during solution selection

Job Responsibilities

•    Provide daily support to operations through managing different partners and ensure systems availability and stability
•    Implement IT & digitalization projects and change requests agreed in the IT road map and steering committees with the business
•    Incidents and service requests management. Ensure timely closure for service tickets and incidents
•    Development of SOP’s and training manuals
•    User governance and control
•    Licenses tracking

Candidate Requirements

  • University Degree, Majoring in Computer Science, Having PMI /Prince II will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5-8 years in IT/Digitalization projects and change management
  • Good understanding for main business processes
  • Experience in Vendor Management
  • Good presentation and reporting skills
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Knowledgeable on ERP Systems, SAP, Automation Tools, Engineering Systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Procurement Officer

Job Summary

Jobs at this level are responsible for working closely with the marketing teams within Automotive group, analyzing the stock levels, consolidating requirements, conducting bids on Ariba, negotiating with suppliers, following up on receiving items and handling claims against suppliers. Work is done under intermittent supervision.

Job Responsibilities

•    Adheres to all processes and procedures set
•    Reviews incoming requirements from marketing teams of the automotive group and ensure the correct and quality parts are available when needed.
•    Work closely with marketing teams and clearly establish detailed specifications of the items to be procured.
•    Enter details into the Ariba system and create an event for suppliers to participate and bid.
•    Ensure the participating suppliers are clearly aware of the specs, lead time and payment terms plus other terms and conditions to avoid any conflicting issues at later stages.
•    Maintains data to facilitate good forecasting and reasonable inventory levels.
•    Create & scope of all the necessary purchases by each brand and this needs to be regularly reviewed and updated
•    Initiate and participate in Inventory audit process. Follows-up and closes audit findings and manage document filing.
•    Reviews sales and stock levels on an item-by-item basis and report details for management analysis.
•    Assists in forecasting the periodical demand on items.
•    Ensures maintenance of stock levels by re-ordering stock when necessary – i.e. place order, receive suppliers confirmation and make firm purchase order.
•    Checks and process suppliers’ claims and follow-up by prompt settlements of bills.
•    Maintains all confidential matters related to costs, suppliers, prices and rebates.
•    Updates MIS with suppliers’ invoices / orders and originate part numbers for new products.
•    Raises claims against suppliers/ insurance for shortages and excesses, defective and damaged goods

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor Degree in a related field.
•    4-5 years of relevant experience.
•    Good knowledge of inventory planning, procurement & control systems
•    Organization and planning skills.
•    Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
•    A positive, can-do attitude
•    Good computer skills.

Gaming Consultant

Job Summary

The Gaming Consultant is responsible for enhancing the gaming section’s customer experience by providing expert advice on gaming accessories, consoles, and products. He/She is responsible for assisting customers visiting the showrooms, promoting XCITE available products, using upselling techniques to ensure maximized exposure of all product offerings, and providing feedback on consoles and PCs, top selling games, accessories, and any other gaming product offerings.

Job Responsibilities

The role of the Gaming Consultant will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Stay informed and up to date on all gaming news, new releases, and build knowledge on all hardware platforms or online games.
  • Ensure customers of the gaming section are attended to and provided with all required assistance.
  • Provide feedback on gaming consoles and other hardware and answer customer questions.
  • Provide feedback on top charting games, accessories and answer customer questions pertaining to these items/products.
  • Responsible for the look and feel of the gaming section and ensure all items are available and stocked.
  • Provide customers with information on related products available in store to ensure upselling opportunities are maximized.
  • Complete daily routine checks of product pricing displays and merchandising guidelines.
  • Conduct weekly competitors visit and report on pricing/range variations.
  • Report on damaged display, disconnected and dis-functional items to section head.
  • Maintain and stage a gaming demonstration area within the store for key software releases, and demo games to customers when appropriate.
  • Contribute to team effort by cross-selling and helping to achieve store KPIs.
  • Keeping all company information, including sales figures, strictly confidential.
  • Report to the Showroom Supervisor and ensure that the employee Code of Conduct and HR policy are followed and upheld in stores.
