Job Summary
The role will focus on administering the key projects for all brands and territories in which F&B operates. Objective of this role is to ensure alignment with all the stakeholders and to deliver operations excellence, including support for NSOโs (New Stores Openings) and new market entry.
Job Responsibilities
โขย ย ย Maintain a tracking document for all projects across all multiple markets
โขย ย ย Administer and follow up on the project scopes and objectives
โขย ย ย Align with all stakeholders on projects targets (time, completion % etc.).
โขย ย ย Follow up with all stakeholders on the projects progress and challenges & assists in defining key dependencies, risks and contingencies
โขย ย ย Monitor the completion of key tasks by stakeholders
โขย ย ย Reports regularly on project progress and suggest improvements / enhancement to the operations team when needed

Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact between business and its customers promoting company services and products.
Job Responsibilities
โขย ย ย Targeting and identifying new customers

โขย ย ย Attend customer inquiries and questions

Job Summary
Providing administrative and clerical support on highly skilled basis and supporting the licensing procedures paper work flow through working on a oneโ toโ one basis with the Senior Supervisor to provide professional governmental documentation support and perform other related duties as required.
Job Responsibilities
โขAssisting in devising and maintaining office systems, including data managements and filling.
โขScreening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
โขProviding all the requirements paper & documents and fill the applications for Business Licensing & Support staff which requested from the ministries.
โขAssisting in liaising with Business Licensing & Support staff and BUโs.
