Job Description

 

 

 

  • Support servicesand administration.

 

 

  • Assist on developing and preparing variouspolicies and procedures.

 

 

  • Design each department organizationalstructure and charts in line with department heads.

 

 

  • Updateorganization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers,newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for eachdepartment.

 

 

  • Help to conductmanpower planning.

 

 

  • Updating job description.

 

 

  • Conduct regularfollow up with managers to determine the effectiveness ofrecruiting plans.

 

 

  • Developed a pool of qualified candidates inadvance of need.

 

 

  • Post openings in websites, other mediachannels.

 

 

  • Checkcandidates’ reference with their previousemployers.

 

 

  • Handle appraisalprocess for new employees’ blue and white collars aftertheir preparation period.

 

 

  • Conduct new employee’s orientationprograms.

 

 

  • Assist inpreparing monthly HR reports.

 

 

  • Conduct exit interview.

 

 

  • Keep training records and employee files up todate.

 

 

  • Follow-up withmedical insurance Co.

 

 

 

Skills

 

 

 

  • Able to Assistin communicating effectively with employees and management team toproactively meet the needs of the company staff.

 

 

  • Able tocoordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolvespecific problems, and cope with deadlines effectively.

 

 

  • Able to assistin implementing HR functions.

 

 

  • Adapts to changes in the work environment andmanages competing demands.

 

 

 

 

  • Ability to speak / writeEnglish. 

 

 

  • Bachelor/diploma in HR or relevantfield.

 

 

  • Knowledge ofSaudi law / GOV issues.
