Guest Services Executive JobDescription 

We are looking for highlyorganized candidates with excellent people skills for the positionof Guest Services Executive. Guest Service Representatives areresponsible for providing front desk services to guests,undertaking various administrative duties and diffusing conflict ortension in hotels, among other duties.

The bestGuest Services Executive will have tremendous patience when dealingwith guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm andpoise.

Guest Services ExecutiveResponsibilities:

  • Greeting guestsupon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs.
  • Providing front desk services to guests.
  • Assigning rooms and taking care of administrativeduties.
  • Delivering mail andmessages.
  • Processing guestpayments.
  • Coordinating with bell service andstaff management.
  • Being a source ofinformation to guests on various matters such as transport andrestaurant advice.
  • Processing meal andbeverage requests.
  • Accommodating general andunique requests.
  • Diffusing conflict or tensesituations with guests.

GuestServices Executive Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ yearscustomer service experience.
  • Certificate ordiploma in hospitality advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and organizationalskills.
  • Conflict resolutionexperience.
  • Patience and good listeningskills.
