    Community Activity Center Lead

    POSITION SUMMARY

    PAE is seeking a Community Activity Center Lead (CACL) for a position, pending contract award, performing ISS (Installation Support Services) functions at Ali Al Salem base and Cargo City in Kuwait. The CACL will be responsible for implementing and maintaining integrated recreation services at three locations, counters and bar. The CACL will perform other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager, Site Manager or Program leadership IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria.

    The CACL will be available to work schedules 24/7.

    BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY

    Responsibilities include:

    Engage with and encourage participation in programs and eventsMaintain a clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional safe and secure areaParticipate and conduct weekly activities such as bingo, Texas hold ‘em, foosball, dominos, spades, bid whiz, karaoke, pizza night, pool, ping pong, video game tournaments, and special events such as bazaars, concerts, NFL Tours, USO shows, base wide steak burns, – including set up / tear downEncourage and coordinate with volunteers at various eventsProvide desk operations to include sign-in/out of CAC equipment, such as darts, cards, games and gaming equipment to guests using an appropriate tracking log, inventory/labeling, storage and cleaningEstablish, receive, store and maintain par levels for all resale items, alcohol, complimentary items, equipment, supplies, and prizesSupport Recreation Manager in supervisory duties as assigned – may be assigned as redel when Recreation Manager is unavailableAny other items as directed or as outlined in PWSAll supporting documentation / reporting as required IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria

    REQUIREMENTS

    Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in comparable recreation and fitness programs, preferably on a US military installation with a similar mission/project of scope and nature.One (1) year experience in a leadership rolePrevious work experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office products.US Citizenship, a valid US or local driver’s license and US passport.Active Secret Clearance.Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).

    OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.

    High school diploma or equivalent

    This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time.

Job Summary

To provide an outstanding customer experience at time of delivery of vehicles back to customer. To ensure each customer is satisfied from their visit to us and provide necessary feedback using prescribed formats for development of the satisfaction levels

Job Responsibilities

•    Immediately on receipt of the information, inform the customer that the vehicle is ready. As much as possible the job details & costs should be informed on the phone. Confirm the delivery date/time and explain the advantage of coming on time. Log the call in Kerridge CRM module.
•    Great the customers upon arrival and explain to him/her what job have been done and charges for each job. Also inform the customers which of the complaints have not been attended (if any) and why. Explain the findings, characteristics and any report using the job card made available before customer arrival.
•    Advice the customers about the next service needed. Educate them about the benefits of making appointment for next visit. Thank the customer for the business and assure him our best attention at all times.
•    Actively ask the customers if they are satisfied with the service received during this visit. Use the prescribed format for quick evaluation of the satisfaction level of the customer.
•    Each customer who took delivery of their vehicles from us should receive a follow up call to ensure his / her satisfaction. Call should be placed within 48 hours of the vehicle delivery and log the call in Kerridge CRM. Module. If the customer is not satisfied, the customer case should be logged and forwarded to Manager for resolution.
•    Establish healthy and profitable relationship with the customer. Listen actively to the feed back at all interaction with the customer.

The Job Purpose of a Business Administrator will be to provide administrative support to Management along with other secretarial duties.
